19 Books for 2019

I’m a TOTAL book nerd. And I can’t wait to share that on my blog. I’ve thought about it for quite some time, and I’m a little upset that I didn’t read much in 2018. I love reading and spending time buried in books, so this year, I decided I’d make a list of 19 books I want to read in 2019. I’m not entirely sure if I actually can read this many this year (junior and senior year oof) but I’m going to at least try for 10! This is pretty much just a list post, so I’m going to keep this short. (Spoiler Alert: There will be MANY WWII era books, true crime novels, and romance novels. Those are for sure my favorite three categories, not sure why)

  • Salt to the Sea (Ruta Sepetys)
  • The Zookeeper’s Wife (Diane Ackerman)
  • When I Am Through With You (Stephanie Kuhen)
  • Midnight at the Electric (Jodi Lynn Anderson)
  • Girl in Pieces (Kathleen Glasglow)
  • All the Light We Cannot See (Anthony Doerr)
  • The Wrong Train (Jeremy de Quidt)
  • The Ravenous (Amy Lukavics)
  • This is Where It Ends (Marieke Nijkamp)
  • Hidden Figures (Margot Lee Shetterly)
  • Present Over Perfect (Shana Niequist)
  • A List of Cages (Robin Roe)
  • The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo (Taylor Jenkins Reid)
  • They Both Die at the End (Adam Silvera)
  • Daring to Dream (Nora Roberts)
  • The Girl Who Chased the Moon (Sarah Addison Allen)
  • Jacob Have I Loved (Katherine Paterson)
  • Speaker for the Dead (Orson Scott Card)
  • All the Bright Places (Jennifer Niven)
